PRODUCT PARAMETER/PRODUCT PARAMETER Product principle: Pressure transition adsorption oxygen production device with clean compressed air as raw material, using high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, from the air to produce oxygen. After purification and drying compressed air, pressure adsorption and decompression desorption are carried out in the adsorber. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the pores of zeolite molecular sieve is much higher than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. After decompression to atmospheric pressure, adsorbent desorbed nitrogen and other impurities, to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower adsorption oxygen production, the other tower desorption regeneration, through the PLC program controller control pneumatic valve opening and closing, so that the two towers alternate circulation, so as to obtain high purity of oxygen (93%±3%). (2) Wastewater treatment: oxygen-rich aeration of activated sludge, oxygenation of pool and ozone sterilization. (3) Field cutting construction: field steel pipe, steel plate cutting with oxygen rich, mobile or small oxygen machine can meet the requirements. (4) Sewage treatment, non-ferrous metal smelting: smelting steel, zinc, nickel, lead and other need to use oxygen rich, PSA method is gradually replacing cryogenic method. (5) glass melting: oxygen combustion and dissolution, cutting, increase glass production, prolong the life of the furnace. (6) Pulp bleaching and paper: chlorine bleaching is converted to oxygen-rich bleaching, providing cheap oxygen. (7) Ore treatment: used in gold and other production processes, can improve the extraction rate of precious metals.
