PSA o2 Generation System1. Operational PrincipleThe clean, dried compressed air enters into the variable-pressure adsorption oxygen generator, and the nitrogen molecule in the compressed air will be absorbed by the molecular sieve, to obtain the oxygen in a purity of over 93%. The absorption capacity of the molecule sieve for nitrogen and oxygen differs under different pressure. One variable-pressure adsorption oxygen generator is equipped with two adsorption towers, one begins the adsorption while the other reaches balance and begins regeneration. The two adsorption towers alternatively works to create the continuous oxygen flow. The switchover of the two adsorption towers is automatically completed with an electromagnetic pneumatic valve controlled by PLC. Therefore the performance of a variable-pressure adsorption oxygen generator depends on the quality of some key components, including the adsorption structure, molecule sieve, electromagnetic pneumatic valve, etc. For our products, we adopt the PLC produced by Siemens, and pneumatic and electromagnetic valves produced by GEMU and BURKET Germany. 2. Specification·Flow: 10~100Nm3/h·Purity: 93+/-2·Pressure: 0.1~0.4Mpa·Dew point: ≤-40ºC 3. Main features a. All the key components adopt international celebrated branded products, such as the pneumatic and electromagnetic valves produced by GEMU and BURKET of Germany, and the PLC produced by Siemens. b. The molecule sieve has a long service life, which effectively guarantees the oxygen purity. c. The advanced "storm" type molecule sieve loading method provided by German Carbo Tech has greatly increased the loading density of the molecule sieve; meanwhile, the advanced combined molecule sieve pinch device may effectively prevent the pulverization of the molecule sieve caused by collision between its gaps, so the service life may be prolonged. d. The adsorption tower adopts an advanced inner structure in design, including a lotus air flow distributor installed at the bottom of the tower, which effectively prevents the high pressure air flow crash to the molecule sieve, and also extends the service life of the molecule sieve; meanwhile, it may make the gas evenly diffuses, which greatly improves the service efficiency of the molecule sieve and reduces the energy consumption. e. The oxygen generator adopts an optimized technological design, which makes the oxygen purity, flow rate, and pressure more stable. f. The oxygen generator has a visual procedure display function, indicating the state of the switch valve.
